Lessons from Rarejob

Here are some of my suggestions on how you can improve in expressing your opinions or answering questions :)

1. Start with describing the person, place, event or object (the subject matter)
2. Express approval or disapproval
3. Explain why you approve or disapprove
4. Give an example. This can be based from experience
5. End  with a conclusion which can be a repeat of your approval or disapproval, or by giving suggestions

Example
Question: Do you like walking?

Answer:

I go to my office everyday by walking.
It is something I do everyday (this sentence is an ex. for number 1).
I like walking (example for number 2) because it relaxes me and it is a good way to exercise (example for number 3).

For example, instead of riding the taxi, I get to breath fresh air on my walk to the office (example for number 4).
I think more Japanese people should prefer to walk than riding buses or taxi (example for number 5)
